Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an in-depth eight week course in meditative awareness designed to help participants enter into a new relationship with the present moment and effectively manage a variety of stress-related conditions. This is the flagship mindfulness program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.
Series begins October 18th 6-8:30 PM and continues for 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings through December 6th. There is an all-day retreat from 9-4 PM on Sunday, November 19th.

Cost: $225 for NCJW|LA members and $300 for non-members with limited scholarships available.
To enroll in the series, participants need to attend the orientation or speak directly with the facilitator.
