Individual, Family and Couples Therapy

We offer high-quality, integrated mental health and supportive services to a diverse population of adults, children and families in need.

Our therapists provide in-depth non-crisis individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy on a generous sliding scale. Thanks to our donors, government grants, and NCJW|LA’s Council Thrift Shop donations, our clinicians have the flexibility to tailor treatment to meet the specific needs of our clients, offering ongoing weekly treatment often free of charge.

All psychotherapy services are provided in English and Spanish, as well as in other languages when possible.

For general information about our Community Mental Health and Supportive Services and our Council House Talkline call (323) 655 3807 or toll-free at (877) 655 3807.

Community Psychiatric Resource Program

To address the widespread need in our community for affordable, high-quality psychiatric services, NCJW|LA, with the support of the City of West Hollywood, created the Community Psychiatric Resource (CPR) program.  This program offers our ongoing psychotherapy clients a thorough psychiatric evaluation and a year’s worth of medication management appointments, as well as financial assistance for purchasing prescribed medications as needed.  The program is designed to stabilize clients while also connecting them with resources for ongoing psychiatric care.

At this time, theses services are only offered to our in-house psychotherapy clients.

We believe that healing and resilience can come from knowledge and connection. Our groups are an excellent way for participants to explore and share experiences, feelings, and hopes with others who are facing similar challenges. Participants develop coping skills and discover new strengths.

Our groups address transitions, relationships, healing, and self-care, while cultivating self-compassion and mindfulness.

We are currently offering a Women’s Process Group. For more details click here.

We offer workshops for parents, teens and school-age children that explore topics such as parent-child and family communication, effective parenting, cultivating compassion and empathy, stress management, problem solving and the prevention of teen dating violence.

For information on groups and workshops please call the Council House Talkline at (323) 655-3807 or toll-free at (877) 655-3807.
